Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton in December 2026. We had a great stay thanks to the service provided by our host and front desk manager Kyle Weinberg.

John and Lori at the desk get 5 stars - they were terrific. They multi- tasked and helped us with our questions professionally and in a pleasant manner- thank you!!

I left my work laptop and Kyle (front desk manager) was super helpful in getting it back to me. 5 stars for them, 0 stars for me leaving it behind. Bartender guy was very nice as well.

Hotel is very clean and kept very well. The entire staff, especially Kyle, Front Desk, was most accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely polite. Housekeeping service was prompt and thorough. Location was central to most surrounding towns, and right off 95. Very pleased with how well facility is managed.

My husband and I stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn On Congress Ave for over 2 1/2 months. Our accommodations were great, we had a very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom and most comfortable bed, we slept like we were at home. We had good internet connection at all times. The staff consistently accommodated us in every way for our comfort and whatever our stated needs throughout our stay. In particular, the manager Gee was always available and very helpful to us and overall his staff and their efforts to please us, whether housekeeping at every time of the day, an extra refrigerator and extra daily towels to accommodate our special needs and dietary needs, they allowed us to setup the room and bring what we needed from home and truly made us feel welcome and relaxed in our home away from home. Without hesitation, we both highly recommend the hotel and the staff.

Pretty good hotel overall. Its a bit tucked away and doesn't seem close to much but everything is only a couple minutes away. The hotel room was nice, the staff was very friendly, snack and drink area had a good amount to pick from. Didn't try out the pool or the bar but saw lots of people at both everytime we went by

I Needed a last minute hotel in a pinch, this is an average hotel, nothing special, amenities were lacking but the 2 front desk gentleman made it 5 star. The man who checked me in was very nice and friendly and helpful. I wish I got his name. Also I believe the second guy his name was Kyle W. Also very kind and helpful. I basically stayed in my room but my interactions with just these 2 were very nice. Really made a difference in my stay.

Very accommodating, welcoming and cordial staff....Victoria and Kyle are always helpful to assist with any questions/concerns. Breakfast is great.....and the location is particularly convenient (for me). Great value for the price.
